Exchange & Returns


For whatever reason if you're unhappy with your purchase please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will happily exchange or refund. This also goes for faulty or not as described goods.

You are the most important person to us, so if you ever get something that isn’t as it should be, please let us know.



Please email to advise us of your exchange within 7 days upon receiving your order to start the exchange process and to receive our return shipping address.

Conditions of Exchanges:

  • All exchanges require an email to be sent to notifying us of the reason for the return within 7 days.
  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and be in the original packaging.
  • Exchanged items must be received within 14 days.
  • The return shipping will need to be covered by the buyer. 
  • When sending the original item back please include a note with your name, order number, and what item you would like it to be exchanged for.
  • If exchanging you will be charged for any difference in pricing. We will send you a payment request and the exchange will occur once we’ve received your original item. 

Once your return is received, we will then inspect and notify you via email that the return has been received and if a refund has been approved.

If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

* please note that the original shipping fee will not be included in the refund
